ICANN has discredited the self proclaimed Spam King Scott Richter’s company called Dynamic Dolphin. The company has just a short period of time to take down the ICANN logo from their website. ICANN only learned recently that Richter was the owner of the company, which they were deceived about. He is considered of the worlds most infamous spammers from the 90’s where he was sued by MySpace and Microsoft. If he didn’t have all that going against him he was also convicted of grand larceny, which is an automatic disqualification for being an ICANN registrar.
