2 Factor Authentication
Two factor authentication provides an additional layer of protection for your digital assets. In addition to your standard username and password, you are required to provide a temporary and dynamic security code when two factor verification is enabled. Without the code, your account cannot be accessed even in the case of a compromised password or other security breach.

Domain Name System Security Extensions (DNSSEC) ensures that internet users are reaching your organization online and have not been redirected to a fraudulent website. DNSSEC is the simplest security requirement to implement and users everywhere could benefit from DNSSEC’s cryptographic assurance that they are getting authentic DNS answers to their queries.
IP Lock and Logging
If your company is based in San Diego and you see someone logging into your registrar account from Russia, that’s probably not a good sign. IP lock and logging gives you the ability to limit your logins, restrict the number of IP addresses that can be used to log in, and monitor your account activity with detailed change logs in your 101domain account to significantly increase your security.

There are various policies in place to provide a resolution for disputes between a registrant and a third party over the abusive registration of a domain. Our team is well-versed in enforcement and can help you find the right course of action to recover infringing domain names.
Registry Lock
Registry lock prevents unauthorized parties from updating domain settings. When registry lock is activated, an authorized account manager at 101domain must manually submit a request to the registry, who then verifies the request through a phone call which requires a secret passphrase, in order for any changes to be made.
Domain Blocking
A domain block disallows any party from purchasing a domain using your term in the covered TLDs across all domain providers. Registering domain names in bulk defensively can save you a lot of time and money in the long-term because it prevents others from getting domains with your trademarked terms, all in one subscription.
