Well, it’s happened, and yes, your customers are noticing. There are always warning signs that give customers an indication of whether your website is trustworthy. Back in the day, something as simple as having a .net domain instead of a .com could raise eyebrows and today not having an SSL Certificate for your business website is the same thing.
