Availability Timeline
Pre-Order
You have the option to pre-order your domain name in any launch phase, and we will automatically submit it for registration when the phase begins. This holds your spot at the beginning of General Availability, but does not prevent early access participants from registering your domain. If you prefer to avoid early registration fees associated with Sunrise and Early Access, we recommend registering a General Availability pre-order for the best chance of securing your domain name when it becomes available for registration.
Sunrise (Trademark Holders Only): August 22 – September 21, 2024
This phase is for trademark holders who have verified their trademark with the Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH). Trademark holders get priority access to register their domain names. You must submit a valid SMD file issued by the TMCH to register a domain during this phase. Domain names will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
Landrush (Premium Early Access): September 23 – September 28, 2024
If you don’t qualify for Sunrise, the Landrush phase presents the opportunity to get early access to your domain, for a premium. The cost decreases each day leading up to General Availability, as Day 1 is the most advantageous day for early registration. The most sought-after domain names will most likely be sold during this phase. Domains will be awarded on a first come first served basis.
General Availability: Begins September 30, 2024
This phase is the public opening of the domain, during which anyone can register their domain at the standard pricing. As always, domains are available on a first come first served basis.
